News and Events
Shopping online or using eBay?
If you click on the links near the top of the page, the prices are the same as going directly but the PTA benefits from commission. There is a good selection of retailers on the 'buy.at' page. For eBay, benefit is gained for active accounts created or bids placed, provided you have navigated via our link to them.
Disclaimer:- Please note that this does not represent an endorsement by the PTA of the goods or services provided by these third party sites and we cannot accept responsibility for transactions entered into with them.
Brightminds - Support the PTA by shopping for educational toys, games and resources. The PTA get commission of 25% in vouchers when you shop and mention our 'Source code' reference of FR-2250. There was a brochure in the bookbags before half term or you can shop online at www.brightminds.co.uk .
(If you are shopping online you need to enter our reference of 'FR-2250' in the 'Source code' box on the page where you enter your credit card details.)
Donating Online and Payroll Giving - If you are too busy to help with our fundraising activities perhaps you might consider making a donation to the PTA?
If you can't get a donation to the PTA box by the office we now have the option of securely receiving donations online via a website run by the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). There is a 'donate now' button on the left-hand menu to take you there. If you are a taxpayer you can tick the 'Gift Aid' box to make your donation go further.
Alternatively, if your employer offers a payroll giving scheme, you can make a regular monthly donation which is tax efficient (each £1 you give only costs you 80p or 60p if you pay higher rate tax). If not, it may be worth suggesting as free advice is available to small employers to set a scheme up and all the admin is handled by an external payroll giving agency such as CAF. More info on payroll giving here.
